He was told he could only go to Iowa City, that T19 would not cover and that he would just have to suffer. Then we spoke with you! You were wonderful to work with and made the process so easy. He now has a new aid and you are helping to repair the other. He is so much happier, you helped increase his quality of life! Thank you for all you do to improve the lives of so many."
