"This is my first experience with hearing aids and Lee at Potter's Hearing Aids has been wonderful. I am comparing this to other people's experiences that I have spoken to and Lee was much better from what they told me. Lee's hearing evaluation was very detailed and precise. He went over every aspect of the evaluation and showed me where my hearing losses were. I liked that Potter's had access to many brands to be able to fit me with the most appropriate ones for my individual hearing loss (which was profound). Lee answered all my questions and I was given a great tutorial session after the aids arrived. He did not want to overload me with info so he set up a second session for a week later which I am looking forward to. Lee has made me feel comfortable about this whole new experience. Another positive was the price was several thousand dollars less than what a friend of mine paid at a "big named" hearing aid center. Without a doubt Lee is the hearing aid specialist to see if you are in the market for hearing aids."

"After visiting three different Hearing specialist over a few years I pretty much gave up on hearing aids and just tried to get along with what I had. I drove by Potters on fourth Street and I thought maybe I should give them a try, I called my insurance and found out Potters was in my plan and then I called and schedule an appointment with Lee at Potters. What a difference from what I was used to before, Lee performed the best Hearing test I have ever had and he helped me order what hearing aids I could get and really helped me understand how they worked. I’ve had them for a couple months now and I’m hearing sounds that I haven’t heard in years! I really appreciate the help and the concern that Lee showed to me with what I needed to hear better! If you’re having trouble with your Hearing, I highly recommend getting an appointment with Lee at Potters. Thank you !!"

"This was my very first visit to Potter’s after a long history of hearing decline. I was shocked at the level of hearing loss I have after getting my results. Potter’s was very straightforward on what type of hearing loss I had along with tinnitus and gave excellent advice on what type of hearing aid I would need so my husband and I could make an informed decision. When I picked up my hearing aid’s Lee showed me how to pair them to my phone and the Phonak App. He’s very kind and has worked with me on all my follow up appointments. He even helped me pair my hearing aids to my new tablet.
I would recommend Potter’s Hearing Service to anyone who has hearing loss and think they need hearing aids. You will not be disappointed."
