"Lee is a real pro with hearing aids you won't be sorry dealing with Porters"

"About 10 years ago I started wearing Phonak aids and they were great. After about 4 years, I broke one and my new insurance would not cover its replacement so I was forced to use what they did cover. These were not anywhere as good as the ITC Phonak. Since then I've moved to Waterloo, Iowa so when I managed to break one of those aids, I found Potter's Hearing Aid Service and Lee. He has been extremely patient with me as I worked through the process of selecting my new Starkey aids. Once I selected which ones I wanted, the process of making the molds for my ears and making sure the fit was absolutely correct once I got the aids has been terrific. Lee has made sure I was happy and the aids were working properly with no feedback and easy adjustments. He has made it clear I should contact him with any questions or problems.
It is wonderful to know I have first rate service and easy availability to his expertise.
I look forward to many more years as his client."
